  • Weekdays are defined as Sunday ~ Thursday; holidays are defined as Friday ~ Saturday, national holidays, winter and summer vacations, New Year's Eve and Lunar New Year, subject to our definition.
  • Check-in time: after 3 pm; check-out time: before 12 noon. Late check-out: A fee of 20% of the total amount will be charged for 1 hour, 30% for 2 hours, 40% for 3 hours, and so on. For every additional 40 minutes, it will be calculated as an hour.
  • To reserve a room, you need to reply to the booking confirmation and make payment to guarantee the reservation.
  • In order to maintain the housing environment and the quality of guest accommodation, the hotel does not allow pets to be brought in and does not provide pet storage services. Licensed guide dogs are no longer subject to this restriction.
  • Each room comes with breakfast depending on room type.
  • Additional charges are as follows:
    a. Extra person and extra bed: NT$2500 (including breakfast and amenity set for one person).
    b. Additional breakfast: NT$800 for adults, NT$450 for children.
    c.Corkage fee: NT$500/bottle.
  • In order to maintain the quality of accommodation, please book a room according to the number of guests to avoid disputes. If there is any increase or decrease, please be sure to inform us in advance.
  • For continuing guests, the hotel will not take the initiative to provide replacement towels or bath towels. If you need to change, please inform us.
  • If the number of guests does not match the number of people booked, the hotel has the right to charge for additional guests based on the actual number of guests.
