This summer, APEXVILLA is opening its outdoor cold spring pool. Fed by naturally cool white sulfur spring water maintained at a refreshing 22°C, it offers a welcome escape from the summer heat. Guests are required to wear standard swimwear and register with our staff upon check-in.

・To ensure a comfortable bathing experience, the pool operates on a reservation basis and accommodates a maximum of 8 guests per time slot.
・Each guest may reserve the pool for up to 2 hours per session.
・The pool is exclusively available to in-house guests. Please complete your reservation at the front desk in advance.
・For children's safety, guests under 12 years of age must be accompanied by an adult while using the pool. Guardians assume full responsibility for any accidents or injuries.
・Please help maintain the cleanliness of the pool and surrounding areas.
・Guests who feel unwell should refrain from entering the pool. If discomfort occurs while swimming, please leave the water immediately and rest.
・For safety reasons, guests with skin conditions, heart disease, epilepsy, high blood pressure, or contagious illnesses are advised not to use the pool facilities.
・The pool may be temporarily closed during rainfall for safety reasons.
・As the pool area is a shared space, please refrain from loud or disruptive behavior to respect other guests.
・Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the pool area.
・Food and beverages are not permitted in the pool area.
・Guests with a fever, those under the influence of alcohol, those who have eaten within the previous hour, or anyone feeling unwell should not enter the pool.
・Standard swimwear is required. For hygiene reasons, underwear and regular clothing are not permitted in the water.
・Please shower before entering the pool. Guests who have not showered may not enter the water.
・For safety reasons, running, chasing, rough play, and diving are prohibited in the pool area.
・Please do not enter the pool while wearing shoes.
・Any equipment or facilities that are damaged or lost due to improper use will be charged at replacement cost.
・Guests who fail to comply with these regulations after being advised by staff may have their pool privileges revoked.
・Due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances, APEXVILLA reserves the right to determine pool operating status and access at its sole discretion.
