This event applies to all room types under the one-night stay with breakfast and one-night stay with dinner and breakfast packages.

・The Early Bird Offer is available exclusively through phone reservations and the official APEX VILLA website.
・Cancellations and refunds are subject to the applicable provisions of Taiwan’s Standardized Contract for Individual Traveler Room Reservations.
・The Early Bird Offer is not applicable to group reservations. Reservations of four rooms or fewer for the same check-in date are considered individual reservations, while reservations of five rooms or more are considered group reservations.
・The Early Bird discount applies only to the accommodation package rate. Additional guests, extra beds, additional meals and all other incidental charges are excluded from this event.
・The one-night stay with breakfast package includes breakfast the following morning. The one-night stay with dinner and breakfast package includes dinner on the day of arrival and breakfast the following morning.
・Flexible rates are subject to the prices displayed on the official booking website. Available dates may be checked through the online booking system or by contacting us by phone.
・Weekdays are defined as Sunday through Thursday. Weekends and holidays are defined as Friday, Saturday, national holidays, winter and summer vacation periods, New Year’s Eve and the Lunar New Year period, as determined by APEX VILLA.
・Check-in is available from 3:00 PM. Check-out is at 12:00 noon.
・Late check-out is subject to an additional charge of 20% of the room rate for one hour, 30% for two hours and 40% for three hours. Any period exceeding 40 minutes will be calculated as one full hour.
・To guarantee the reservation, guests must return the booking confirmation form and complete the required payment.
・To maintain a comfortable environment and ensure the quality of every guest’s stay, pets are not permitted, and pet boarding services are not available. Licensed guide dogs are exempt from this restriction.
・Breakfast is included according to the selected accommodation package. Additional charges are as follows:
a. Additional guest with extra bed: NT$2,500, including one breakfast and one set of guest amenities.
b. Additional breakfast: NT$800 per adult and NT$450 per child.
c. Corkage fee: NT$500 per bottle.
・To ensure the quality of your stay, please make the reservation according to the actual number of guests. Any change in the number of guests must be communicated to the property in advance.
・For consecutive stays, towels and bath towels will not be replaced automatically. Please contact our staff if replacements are required.
・If the actual number of guests differs from the number stated in the reservation, APEX VILLA reserves the right to charge additional guest fees based on the actual occupancy.
・A limited number of rooms are available for this event. Availability is subject to the information displayed on the official booking website.
・APEX VILLA reserves the right to amend, modify or cancel this event at any time. Any matters not specified herein shall be subject to the announcements on the official website.
